For those on a tight schedule, our Interior Design Consultation is an excellent option at INTERIOR ON. Book a Virtual Designer for a 2-hour design meeting scheduled within two weeks of purchase. You will leave this meeting with a vision board and product links to immediately execute a design.

Which Space Planning Service should I choose?

Our space planning services help you plan the layout of your space with a floor plan and elevations where needed. An Entire Home Space Plan is based on your square footage, suitable for those looking to tackle most of their home or a specific floor. It includes an initial consultation with Julie Alex to discuss your special needs and one revision of the final plans.

Alternatively, our Space Plan by Room service is a great choice if you're looking to have specific room space planned and trust Alex’s space planning expertise. This option doesn't include a meeting with Alex or revisions, but she will communicate with you via email to understand your special needs and provide a detailed explanation of her decisions. Prices vary for each room type.

Do I get revisions if I don’t like my Room Makeover design?

Certainly! At INTERIOR ON, we aim to deliver room makeovers that align perfectly with your needs and style. However, we understand that sometimes revisions are necessary to ensure complete satisfaction. Our service is unique in that revisions can be made during your 45-minute design meeting. This time allows for a presentation of the completed design and any necessary adjustments. Our designers use software, allowing us to swiftly make changes to the room design.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our unique method of handling revisions. Clients find it personable and fun to engage in a live edit of their design. This approach also guarantees that the end result meets or surpasses your expectations. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Is my open-concept space one room?

To best serve our clients, we consider open-concept spaces as separate rooms based on their use. This policy ensures fair pricing for all our clients. Each Room Makeover takes a considerable amount of our designer's time in sourcing perfect products and creating a quality visual. By focusing on individual spaces based on use, our attention to detail remains consistent in our visuals and sourcing.

For example, an open-concept kitchen, living space, and dining space would be considered three rooms. We understand that identifying whether your space falls under the category of one room or multiple rooms can sometimes be challenging. If you are unsure if your open-concept space should be considered as one room or multiple rooms for purchasing purposes, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do we Design new builds/construction?

For space planning services, Alex can review and revise a new construction plan that your builder or architect has drawn. However, for our Room Makeover service, we do need pictures of your actual space for our renderings.

Do you service clients outside the UK?

Yes, we have served many international clients. If you want to purchase our Room Makeover service, we ask for a list of online retail stores that you have access to for our designers to properly source furniture and decor for your home.

INTERIOR ON doesn’t offer landscape design. However, we do offer exterior design services. If you find yourself in need of exterior design assistance, simply fill out our contact form.
